The Role: Leading Innovation in Customer Service Technology

We're seeking an exceptional Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our member management platform. As a key player in our CS Technology team, you'll drive innovation, partnering with cross-functional teams and third-party solution providers to deliver top-notch enterprise platform experiences. Your goal will be to empower our customer service team to provide outstanding support, ensuring our members enjoy uninterrupted access to their favorite content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide product management leadership for our member management platform, encompassing features, capabilities, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with third-party solutions.
  • Define strategy, capture requirements, prioritize features, identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with CS functional teams to understand their vision and challenges, delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Manage the development and delivery of product features through close collaboration with engineering, data scientist teams, and third-party solution partners.
  • Ensure a deep understanding of regional support expectations and tailor the experience accordingly, considering nuances across different services and products.
  • Expand product management responsibilities to other tools as business needs evolve.

What We're Looking For:

Essential Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management for consumer-facing or internal products.
  • A deep understanding of the Customer Service business and contact center operations.
  • Prior experience working with member management products, whether third-party or in-house developed.
  • Quick learner with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and create collaborative partnerships.
  • Organizational leadership and influence without authority.
  • Ability to make informed decisions, balancing data-driven insights with sound judgment.
  • Experience working on global products and enterprise platforms is highly beneficial.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated record of executing projects that measurably improved customer and agent experiences.
  • Deep focus on delivering exceptional customer and agent experiences.
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making and analytics.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
