Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers across the country to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure best-in-class customer experiences
- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks and recognize sales opportunities
- Apply sales skills to upgrade and explain products and processes to customers
- Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction to the managerial team and ensure first-call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling
- Maintain accurate records and perform other duties as required
Essential Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and basic understanding of Windows operating system
- Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
- An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
- Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
- Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
- Strong team orientation and customer focus
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience with sales and account management
- Knowledge of industry-specific products and services

This job operates in a remote work environment. As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you will be working from home and will be required to:
- Work in a quiet, dedicated workspace with minimal distractions
- Have a reliable computer and internet connection
