Job Summary

We're seeking two highly skilled and motivated customer support representatives to join our remote online team. As a customer support representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, working closely with our overseas admin team, and managing your own tasks and responsibilities. Key Responsibilities

As a customer support representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
  • Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that customers receive timely and helpful responses to their inquiries.
  • Working closely with our overseas admin team to ensure that listings and support tickets are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Managing your own tasks and responsibilities, including prioritizing and completing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate support to customers.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge, and to stay current with the latest tools and technologies.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a customer support representative at blithequark, you'll need:
  • Excellent organizational skills and task management ability, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
  • A kind and helpful demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and to take ownership of your work.
  • A native U.S. English speaker, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or support environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
  • Experience working in a remote or online environment.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Zendesk or Salesforce.
  • Experience with ticketing systems, such as JIRA or ServiceNow.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
  • Experience working with overseas teams or in a multicultural environment.
