As a Quality Assurance Engineer on our team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing virtual system test plans to validate system-level requirements, meet customer deliverables, and ensure integrated system performance across all sub-components. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Mechatronics & Sustainable Packaging team at blithequark. As a key member of our QA Virtual Testing team, you will develop and implement simulations and Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) testing to virtually validate end-to-end solutions, ensuring that products meet required specifications for quality, function, operation, reliability, maintenance, training & learning, deployment, process- and MHE- integration, service, and support. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Teams, QA Manual Testing and Requirements Team, and internal Customers, to ensure that new solutions meet their requirements and deliver robust products that effectively integrate into the Amazon Fulfillment network. **Key Responsibilities** * Develops, implements, simulations, and HIL to virtually validate end-to-end solutions, with real-life software * Virtually ensures that products meet required specifications for quality, function, operation, reliability, maintenance, training & learning, deployment, process- and MHE- integration, service, and support prior to delivery * Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products * Communicates quality standards and parameters to the product team to include hardware, software, controls, and materials development teams * Coordinates simulations and testing processes * Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues * Connects with internal customers (Operations, RME, ACES, PE, OpsEng, WWDE, etc.), reviews client, customer, and user feedback * Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree (BS) * 5+ years proven experience working with large cross-functional engineering teams with modelling, simulation, testing, integration, and/or quality assurance domain expertise * Proven experience in fulfillment systems with storage equipment, material handling systems, automated sortation system, and related automation equipment * Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to travel up to 70% to business locations and project sites **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems including robotics, and high-speed manufacturing * Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, operations, and management * Project managing skills to start projects and finish projects successfully **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive training and support for professional certifications and skills development * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technologies and tools * Collaborative and inclusive work environment with a diverse team of professionals **Why Join blithequark?** * We are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we welcome applications from individuals with disabilities. * We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. * We are committed to ongoing learning and professional development, and we offer training and support for professional certifications and skills development. * We are a dynamic and innovative company, and we offer opportunities for career growth and professional development. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer with a passion for driving quality and innovation in complex systems integration, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
