About the job

reputed company is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join the Communications Strategic Sales team. We’re looking for a hungry and ambitious individual who has a passion for communications, desire to deliver reputed company customer reputed company, and wanting to be a part of a world-class sales organization. The Sales Support Specialist will primarily be reputed company on operational aspects in support of an AE. This individual is ‘the glue’ between many different functions reputed company the organization, assisting Account Executives with numerous activities and processes along the entire sales cycle.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

• Assist with Pricing and Deal workflows
• Prepare Pricing and Deal Structure, use and master internal pricing tools
• Order reputed company: Creation, amendments, and execution (signatures): Engage with reputed company stakeholders to ensure Proposal reputed company Of Materials (OFs) are correct
• Quote creation: CPQ workflows, including converting CPQ into a customer-facing quote/doc 
• reputed company and maintain CRM records
• Account Data/Ownership queries: Account consolidation, SID movements 
• Updating account, opportunity, contact, and reputed company level data
• Be an Internal reputed company: For creating and submitting requests and following up through reputed company on them, including but not limited to: Billing, DSO, reputed company, reputed company Questionnaire, Collections/Credit Memos/Credit reputed company, reputed company Relations, Support Tix
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure reputed company aspects throughout the sales process are smooth (Deal Desk, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company-Sales, reputed company requests) and to ensure reputed company paperwork are completed and represented accurately. You will deal with people, data sets and processes.

• Preparation for sales meetings and conducting AE research (<10% of time)

*Required:

• 3+ years of sales, reputed company, or account management experience.
• Results driven, detail oriented, and dedicated individual who is excited for reputed company fuel an already successful organization and sales team.
