About the Role

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in handling property & casualty (P&C) reputed company customer service and billing inquiries reputed company telephone, email, and reputed company mail. You'll reputed company customers with plan coverage information, quotes, policy changes, and policy change impacts to premium, ensuring that their needs are met and their insurance policies are up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact policyholders from our existing book of business through inbound/outbound telephone calls, reputed company mail, and email to review policies prior to renewal, and update policies to enhance retention and reputed company meet the needs of the consumer.
• Counsel policyholders on appropriate coverage, policy limits, payment reputed company, and state laws that will best meet their needs for sufficient protection against risks covered by Property and Casualty insurance.
• Receive and respond to calls and emails received by the insurance service center, documenting reputed company activity in our reputed company system.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
