Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to support multiple projects, including those with the Air Force, SOC2 compliance, and internal initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will provide overall project support, coordinate team calls and meetings, track deliverables, and ensure progress towards project deadlines. With a flexible schedule of 10-15 hours per week, you will have the autonomy to manage your time effectively, with the exception of two 1-hour meetings per week during core business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide project support and coordination across multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
  • Coordinate team calls and meetings, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among team members
  • Track deliverables and progress towards project deadlines, identifying and mitigating potential risks
  • Utilize project management tools, including Atlassian, Jira Software, Jira Confluence, Jira Service Management, Visor, and Microsoft O365, to manage projects and workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and objectives are met
  • Analyze project performance and provide recommendations for improvement

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools, including Agile and Waterfall
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools, including Jira Software, Jira Confluence, and Jira Service Management

Preferred Qualifications:

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working with government agencies, such as the Air Force, or in a similar industry
  • Knowledge of SOC2 compliance and experience with audit and compliance projects
  • Familiarity with Visor and Jira plug-in for project management
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple projects and priorities
  • Certification in project management, such as PMP or Agile
