Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced IT Analyst PLM to join our team in Austin, USA. This is a full-time remote position that offers a competitive salary of $25 per hour and a range of benefits. As an IT Analyst PLM, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, as well as our e-commerce and sales platforms. You will work closely with our business stakeholders to analyze and report on key business processes and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Breaking down and reporting key business processes and ideas related to PLM, e-commerce, and sales
  • Supporting the development and implementation of our 2D and 3D resource and product image delivery systems
  • Creating and documenting processes in collaboration with our business stakeholders, including Business Operations, e-Com, Sales, and external partners
  • Conducting gap analysis for process models and defining functional and non-functional business requirements
  • Evaluating, defining, and validating technical solutions as part of the requirements gathering process
  • Documenting and communicating project planning and change initiatives
  • Improving and implementing processes and internal project guidelines

Essential Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Informatics or a related field
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position
  • Experience in software development, system integration, or electronic solutions
  • Past experience working with Java web technologies in backend and frontend development
  • IT foundation in PDM/PLM/PIM related activities and data structure creation/maintenance
  • Strong communication skills with good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a similar industry or sector
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies and version control systems
  • Experience with project management tools and software
  • Strong understanding of business processes and operations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
