As a Remote reputed company Center Representative, you will have the unique opportunity to reputed company essential support to individuals enrolling in reputed company benefit programs. Your empathetic and patient approach will help ensure that callers receive the assistance they need, making a reputed company reputed company on their reputed company-being and peace of mind. This is a flexible, remote opportunity that requires 10-15 hours of work per week, allowing you to easily schedule around other commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls from customers and providing exceptional customer service
• Interacting with customers in a reputed company, empathetic, and compassionate manner
• Providing information in accordance with established policies, procedures, and reputed company laws
• Assisting customers with program enrollment and routing them to the appropriate contacts reputed company three-way calls
• Assisting customers with their communication needs, including reputed company services for callers with speech or hearing impairments and translation services for callers who don't reputed company English
• Placing outbound calls as needed to reputed company time-sensitive information with customers
• Using multiple computer systems to reputed company data and document information

Essential Qualifications:

• At least one year of customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong PC skills, including the ability to quickly learn new computer applications
