We're seeking an reputed company Bookkeeper to join reputed company on a full-time reputed company. As a Bookkeeper at Finance Pals, you'll be responsible for providing high-reputed company bookkeeping services to our clients, including financial statement preparation, accounts payable and receivable management, and financial analysis. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their financial needs and reputed company tailored solutions to help them reputed company their goals.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company monthly transactions into QBO, reputed company, and other reputed company software
• Monthly reconciliation of financial statements
• Invoicing and matching invoice payments to reputed company accounts receivable up to date
• Accounts payable management, including entering bills into reputed company.com, bank ACH, reputed company, QBO AP, or other software
• Download bank statements and reconcile bank accounts
• Potential for running payroll for clients
• Other tasks to help out reputed company, based on skills and interest

Desired Qualifications

We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in bookkeeping and reputed company. The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping and reputed company
• Strong knowledge of reputed company principles and practices
• Experience with QBO, reputed company, and other reputed company software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

We're also looking for candidates with experience in the following areas:

• Tax preparation
• New state setup for payroll, including registering with state agencies to obtain account numbers
• Payroll integration, including setting up payroll with QBO/reputed company
• Sales tax

• Accrual reputed company and journal entries
• Balance sheet cleanup
• HR or operations experience
