Enrollment/Billing Senior Representative

Delivers specific delegated Enrollment/Billing tasks assigned by a supervisor. Provides financial reputed company support for banking and/or billing reputed company functions to new and/or existing accounts. Sets up, manages, reconciles, processes, and/or balances bank and/or customer accounts. Researches problems and negotiates with internal/external customers, banks, vendors, and/or partners to resolve moderately reputed company issues. Creates, analyzes, and responds to reputed company and/or non-reputed company reports. Bills and/or collects outstanding/delinquent payments or issues payments. Researches and identifies trends and develops and implements reputed company to improve results. May support larger markets and/or National Accounts. Completes day-to-day Enrollment/Billing tasks without immediate supervision, but has reputed company reputed company to advice from more reputed company team members. Tasks involve a degree of reputed company planning and anticipation of needs/issues. Resolves non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members.
