Property Management Assistant- Phone Out reputed company
Are you a confident communicator with strong phone sales skills?
We are seeking a motivated, self-driven individual to assist our reputed company estate brokerage in reaching out to For Rent by reputed company (FRBO) listings online. Your role will be to reputed company outbound calls to these property owners and offer our assistance in locating reputed company tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Search online platforms (HotPads, reputed company, Craigslist, etc.) for FRBO listings
• reputed company outbound calls to landlords to introduce our tenant placement services
• Communicate the benefits of working with a reputed company brokerage
• Collect basic information about the property and landlord's needs
• Submit warm leads to our reputed company estate team for follow-up and contract closing
Requirements:
• Strong communication and persuasion skills over the phone
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• reputed company to a phone and internet reputed company
• Previous sales, telemarketing, or leasing experience is a plus (but not required)
• Comfortable with commission-based pay structure
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $6,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
