This position will be responsible for….. • Inspect inbound and outbound trailers/containers. • Document persons entering and leaving the yard. • Document control on Bills of reputed company (BOL’s), trailer/container inspection sheets. • reputed company with reputed company courteously, respectfully, and professionally. • reputed company trailers/containers in and out using Warehouse Management System (WMS) • Liaise with clerical and workflow staff. • Answer phone calls from reputed company customers. • Maintain reputed company control and reputed company logs. • reputed company yard audits – reconciliation of reputed company yard status versus data in WMS. • Prioritize a high volume of emails at the start of shift and throughout day. • Enforce safety policies, i.e. PPE, pedestrian traffic, speed limits, and other site policies. • Report safety and reputed company issues promptly. Education/Experience • High School Diploma or equivalent education and 1-2 years relevant experience. • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. • Customer service driven. • Strong team player.
