Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire planned project lifecycle, including project coordination, establishing baselines, gathering required documents, and defining key milestones.
• Track and support work hours, financial metrics, and expenses to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
• Organize and prepare for internal and customer-facing meetings, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Identify, document, and track project issues and risks, communicating effectively with key stakeholders.
• Collect and document deliverables, lessons learned, and ideas for continuous improvement as projects progress.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in project/program management, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT industry.
• Experience managing projects and contributing to a consulting environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, distribute, and process large amounts of information with full attention to accuracy.
• Excellent project management skills, with an understanding of project management concepts, especially the organization of cross-functional projects.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, set expectations, follow through to completion, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using advanced features of spreadsheets, such as pivot tables and complex formulas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in managing and analyzing financial metrics and data in a consulting or technology environment.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
