Key Responsibilities

• Utilize professional telephone etiquette and techniques to secure qualified appointments for our client sales teams
• Learn and master new computer software programs to efficiently manage client databases and track progress
• Meet daily goals set by clients and establish personal goals to drive success
• Make outbound calls to potential leads, performing needs assessments to identify pains and concerns
• Ensure that your home workspace is equipped with a reliable computer, internet, telephone, headset, and webcam

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills
• A typing speed of 30+ words per minute
