About the Role: Remote Pharmacy Technician - Prior Authorization Specialist
As a Remote Pharmacy Technician with reputed company, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient care by coordinating prior authorizations, handling patient and physician communications, and performing various pharmacy functions. Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company outbound calls and respond to inbound calls from patients, providers, and other stakeholders, providing reputed company assistance and resolving queries in a reputed company manner.

- Fax physicians for prescription clarification, substitutions, and formulary changes as needed.
- Resolve and reputed company incomplete prescriptions after obtaining necessary clarifications.
- Complete patient letters and other documentation as required.

- Maintain accurate and reputed company documentation of reputed company approvals and denials.
- Transfer clinical questions and judgment calls to pharmacists for review.
Essential Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician in an administrative support function.
- National pharmacy technician certification.
- Eligible for state registration, certification, or licensure per state regulations (MUST have a state license).
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet utilization.
- Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications:
