Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch inbound customer support in the customer's preferred language, utilizing a call flow guide to ensure consistency and quality.
• Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and addressing their queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up actions.

Essential Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Fluent Spanish and English language skills, both written and verbal.
• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
