We invite a talented and flexible Project Manager to join our team and help us deliver exceptional software development services for our client, a renowned U.S. regtech and fintech company developing a blockchain-based infrastructure for financial institutions. You'll contribute to building a Web3 tool that collects and stores specified blockchain data off-chain to provide real-time insights into transactions, trends, and compliance for enhanced transparency.

Is that you?

  • 2+ years of hands-on IT project management experience
  • Strong grasp of project management theory
  • Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration
  • Solid understanding of Scrum (principles, roles, ceremonies, etc.)
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Bitbucket/Git, and Jenkins
  • Upper-Intermediate English level
  • Good prioritization and time-management skills
  • Keen attention to detail, concentration, and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to maintain project schedules and keep team focus
  • Flexibility, persistence, and strong negotiation skills

Desirable:

  • Technical background or eagerness to learn the project’s technical aspects
  • Experience coordinating multiple Scrum teams simultaneously
  • Experience working in multicultural environments and with English-speaking teams

Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll manage the work of two Scrum teams of Frontend and DevOps engineers, facilitating effective collaboration, communication, and coordination of tasks.

  • Manage the work of two Scrum teams, promoting clear communication and collaboration
  • Be the primary point of contact for stakeholders from other teams; gather and share information on tickets/tasks from other teams to keep everyone informed and aligned
  • Coordinate and prioritize tasks between the teams to achieve project goals
  • Implement established processes to synchronize your teams’ work with other teams and enhance project execution
  • Facilitate team ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to encourage collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Monitor project timelines to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain clear documentation of project progress, decisions, and processes
