Warehouse Lead Associate – Amazon Store

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking a Lead, Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Lead, Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Lead Warehouse Associate

**Location:** Hamilton Township, NJ

**Pay Range:** $20.00-$22.00 per hour

**Shift:** Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

**What's the Job?**

+ Assign work and monitor group activities to ensure productivity goals are met

+ Instruct associates in proper equipment use, operational procedures, and safety standards

+ Oversee inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and merchandise reconciliation

+ Ensure team adherence to safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment

+ Assist with resolving operational issues to maximize associate efficiency and performance

**What's Needed?**

+ At least 4 years of warehouse experience

+ Experience in a supervisory or leadership role

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Availability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
