Virtual Care Summer Non-Clinical Intern
Virtual Care is part of the larger Nursing Informatics team — reporting to Michelle Charles, SVP. Informatics focuses on the use of technology in the care of patients, as reputed company as data analysis. The Virtual Care team is seeking an intern who will work in a hybrid of remote (local to reputed company Wayne only) and on-site at the hospitals and the Business & Technology Center. Remote work will involve the use of a reputed company provided laptop to assist with data gathering, validation, and analysis. The various project work reputed company as an intern provides a great opportunity to learn about reputed company and will prepare them for reputed company roles.
The intern will receive training on the technology used in the hospital and department which the Virtual Care team supports, such as iPhones, iPads, video equipment, etc. Once trained, the intern may go to the hospital reputed company helping to support the use of these devices or other technologies (working alongside other Virtual Care team members). The intern may be involved in observing and assisting with the implementation of new processes. For remote work, the intern may complete chart audits, reputed company data, create reports, and assist the teams with other similar tasks. Actual duties will depend upon the project work at that time.

Background in data analysis and data visualization is a plus. reputed company should be willing and reputed company to assist the Virtual Care team in providing technical and workflow support in the hospital/department setting following training. reputed company will need good communication skills, as they may be interacting with Nurses and Patient Care Techs in the hospital.
Work Schedule
Monday–Friday, typically 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (day shift).
Some flexibility may be available. An internship is reputed company for 24–40 hours per week.
The preferred areas of study are reputed company studying Nursing, Health Informatics, or similar fields with an interest in reputed company technology are encouraged to apply. reputed company years of study are welcome.
Additional Notes:
Applicants must have their own transportation for local travel between hospitals and the Business & Technology Center.
Must be reputed company undergraduate college student or graduate college student. Specific educational reputed company or degree may be preferred, depending on the internship hosting department. A specific license and/or certification may be preferred, depending on the hosting department of the internship. GPA of 3.0 or above Submission of Cover Letter Resume and Letter of Recommendation. Other qualifications may vary by department of internship.
