Clinical Documentation Specialist – Home and Community Based Services, FT Days

Job reputed company: • Communicates with providers, case managers, coders, and reputed company team members to facilitate comprehensive medical record documentation • Codes and reviews home health documentation • Utilizes the organization’s designated clinical documentation system • Provides or coordinates education reputed company to compliance, coding, and clinical documentation issues • Acts as a consultant to coders reputed company additional documentation is needed • Responsible for the evaluation of documentation by the medical staff and reputed company team • Gathers and analyzes information pertinent to documentation findings and reputed company • Contributes to a reputed company working environment Requirements: • HCS-D coding certification experience required • reputed company OASIS certification required • Home Health experience is a must • EMR: reputed company and reputed company experience preferred • If working in any service line other than Home Based Services (HBS): Bachelor’s degree in nursing required • Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred • If no degree, will consider seven years equivalent work experience • Additionally, three years of recent clinical nursing experience required • Experience in case management, utilization management, and/or coding preferred • Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State reputed company of Nursing • Certification in Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) or Clinical Documentation Improvement and reputed company (C-CDI) preferred Benefits: • Remote work • Flexible work environment • No weekends Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
