Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method, ensuring that children have a fun and engaging experience while developing their physical skills and confidence.
• Provide an outstanding customer service experience, treating our members like family and ensuring that they feel valued and supported.
• Contribute to the cleanliness and maintenance of our gym and lobby area, ensuring that our facilities are always clean and safe for our members.
• Host parties and events, providing an exceptional experience for our members and their families.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our members and their families, providing support and guidance as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and best practices.

Essential Qualifications

• A background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, or dance is highly desirable.
• Experience working with children aged 4 months to 12 years is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• A high level of energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to maintain a fun and engaging atmosphere in the gym.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to scheduling and workload.
• First aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a gymnastics or dance environment is highly desirable.
