Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and live chat. Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing timely and effective solutions to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Assisting clients with travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and special requests
  • Maintaining accurate records of client preferences, travel plans, and itineraries
  • Coordinating scheduling for travel consultations and managing the calendar for the agency
  • Processing payments, issuing invoices, and tracking client accounts
  • Supporting the agency with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining internal databases

Qualifications
