Key Responsibilities

• Manage state and local income tax return preparation process, including separate state, combined, consolidated, consolidated reputed company, and reputed company returns in reputed company 50 states
• Manage state and local income tax reputed company, including preparation and/or review of quarterly and yearly income tax provisions and reputed company-reputed company tax balance sheet accounts, and maintaining state and local FIN48 Reserves

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in reputed company
• A CPA and/or MST or MBA preferred
• 5-8 years of reputed company reputed company and/or industry experience
• A strong understanding of ASC 740 and US Federal and state corporate income tax rules
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently to meet tight deadlines
• Strong computer skills, preferably including:
