About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Warehouse Material Handler to join our team on a full-time basis, working the 3rd shift from 10:00pm to 6:30am, Sunday through Thursday. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about logistics, customer satisfaction, and working in a fast-paced environment. As a Warehouse Material Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, manually loading trucks with products for delivery to our customers, maintaining a safe and clean workspace, and embracing our safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manually load trucks with products to be delivered to customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Lift, lower, and carry products in a fast-paced environment, adhering to safety guidelines and best practices.
  • Stack empty pallets and maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace at all times.
  • Operate necessary material handling equipment safely and efficiently, with the ability to become MHEO certified.
  • Adopt and promote our safety procedures, ensuring safe work practices and contributing to a positive safety culture.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to forge strong relationships, resolve issues, and achieve team goals.
  • Work effectively in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 months of related experience in a warehouse environment, or an equivalent combination of acceptable training, education, and experience.
  • The ability to pass a drug screen, as permissible by law.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours beyond your scheduled shift, including overtime as required by business needs.
  • Physical capability to lift, push, or pull equipment/merchandise weighing up to 100 pounds.
  • Able to walk and stand for 100% of your shift.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Basic English language skills, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • A High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal development.
