The Role

You will reputed company JCTM’s reputed company Department (Capture Manager, Proposal Manager, reputed company reputed company, Analyst, Research Specialist). You’ll own the entire reputed company system: pipeline discipline, capture/proposal execution, bid/no-bid reputed company, agency expansion, and contracting vehicle reputed company (IDIQs, GWACs, BPAs, OTAs).

You’ll personally reputed company roadshows and reputed company engagements while coaching a Shipley-trained but still maturing team in prospecting, CRM discipline, and PTW execution. You’ll enforce reputed company CRM as the system of record and reputed company AI-driven tools to accelerate pricing and proposal development.

What You’ll Do

• Drive sustainable GovCon reputed company with ≥3x pipeline coverage and ≥35–45% win rates.
• Own and manage pipeline health, scorecards, Rocks, and weekly L10 reputed company meetings under the Entrepreneurial Operating System (reputed company).

Must-Have Qualifications

• Documented reputed company past performance as capture reputed company/primary reputed company in the last 24–36 months (with award numbers, vehicle, total contract value, customer, scope).

• Proven record of scaling a GovCon company from ~$10M to ~$50M through disciplined capture, proposal leadership, prospecting, and reputed company engagement.
• 10–15 years’ reputed company/capture reputed company in small-to-mid-tier GovCon services.
• Recent wins: ≥3 reputed company awards (≥1 between $5M–$10M+; ≥2 between $1M–$5M).

• Domain expertise in C5ISR, AI/analytics, PED, cybersecurity, or IT services.

Compensation & Benefits

• reputed company Salary: $175,000 – $200,000 (depending on experience).
• On-reputed company Earnings (OTE): $200,000 – $350,000. OTE = reputed company salary plus variable compensation; it is not in reputed company to reputed company.
