Requirements
• Manage schedules, appointments, and CRM updates (Compass CRM)
• Prepare documents, contracts, and listings with accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinate tasks and deadlines across ongoing projects
• Follow up on communications with clients, leads, and partners
• Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recurring tasks
• Assist with creating posts and marketing materials
• Maintain confidentiality with client, transaction, and financial information
