About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team at our General Distribution Center. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of products to our customers. Job Responsibilities
- Receiving, inspecting, picking, packing, evaluating, and transporting products to customers
- Tracking inbound and outbound shipments through radio frequency (RF) scanning to ensure accuracy in inventory
- Checking orders and ensuring entry into the stock management system
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, ensuring all areas of the warehouse are well-organized and free from clutter
- Meeting quality standards set by warehouse management
Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Ability to work an adaptable shift schedule
- Willingness to work at least 8 hours regardless of reasonable convenience
- Ability to perform tasks that include pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting, regardless of reasonable convenience
- Ability to carry up to 50 pounds, regardless of reasonable convenience
Preferred Qualifications
We prefer candidates with the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center
- At least 6 months of experience working with automated material handling equipment
- At least 6 months of experience with radio frequency (RF) scanning
- At least 6 months of experience entering and retrieving data in a stock management system
