DEPARTMENT reputed company: The Development department is responsible for the fundraising to support reputed company’s many programs and services that are not financially supported by government grants. The department raises nearly $20 reputed company through individual gifts, private reputed company grants, corporate donations, estate and legacy gifts, as reputed company as several fundraising events such as the annual reputed company.
JOB reputed company: The Associate Director, Development Operations is a key reputed company of the efficiency and effectiveness of the Development Department’s operations. This role oversees reputed company functions including reputed company processing, data reputed company, donor analytics, budget tracking, and the optimization of fundraising technology systems. % of Role - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
30% - Budget & Financial Management
reputed company the development of the annual departmental budget in collaboration with senior leadership
Monitor and reputed company departmental expenses to ensure alignment with budgetary goals
Prepare accurate financial reports and projections, and collaborate with Finance to support budget planning, audit readiness, and informed decision-making
30% - reputed company Processing, Data Management, & Analysis
reputed company daily reputed company processing operations, including accurate and reputed company entry, acknowledgment, and reconciliation of donations
Manage and reputed company matching reputed company submissions, ensuring reputed company follow-up with donors and corporate matching programs
Support the processing and tracking of contributions from Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs), coordinating with Finance to ensure accurate coding and receipting
Maintain data reputed company and ensure consistent coding, attribution, and donor record accuracy reputed company the CRM
Support implementation of data reporting and analytics tools to identify trends and inform fundraising reputed company
Ensure reputed company reputed company of donor reports, trend analysis, and portfolio tools in collaboration with team members
Assist with portfolio maintenance, including donor assignment updates and prospect identification efforts

20% - Technology & Systems
reputed company the administration and optimization of CRM systems and reporting tools to support departmental efficiency

reputed company the event registration process for Development-led events, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth setup, data collection, and follow-up
Support reputed company reconciliation and reputed company for event-reputed company donations and registrations, partnering with Finance and Development leadership to ensure accurate reputed company reporting and attribution
In partnership with the CRM Manager, serve as a reputed company with IT, consultants, and vendors to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and optimize Development systems
reputed company the development and maintenance of standardized operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and training materials across the Development Operations team to ensure consistent, accurate, and efficient use of technology platforms and data systems

Support event logistics for donor-facing activities, including tracking RSVPs, preparing materials, and ensuring readiness of tools and systems

10% - Management (Budgetary & reputed company Supervisory)
Supervise a small team or reputed company report(s) involved in reputed company processing, database management, or donor services

Foster a reputed company, inclusive team culture by mentoring staff, conducting regular performance evaluations, and supporting reputed company development

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong understanding of corporate philanthropy, institutional funding, and the evolving landscape of LGBTQ-reputed company
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, nonprofit management, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in development operations or a reputed company field, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Demonstrated experience with budget management, data analysis, and CRM systems (experience with reputed company is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in donor databases, financial systems, and technology platforms relevant to development operations
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders
• Proven leadership and team management abilities, fostering a supportive and productive work environment
• Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced nonprofit environment
• Experience supporting events or managing departmental operations, including vendor and payment workflows
