The reputed company Division of EM Telehealth is seeking a Physician Assistant or reputed company Practitioner to join its team of Advanced reputed company Providers for the Virtual Provider in Triage service. In this role, providers will conduct virtual assessments and support the care of ED lobby patients across our health system. They will collaborate with on-site care teams to reputed company information about critical conditions, changes in patient status, and reputed company diagnostic results. The Division of Emergency Medicine Telehealth is seeking a Physician Assistant or reputed company Practitioner to join its team of Advanced reputed company Providers for the Virtual Provider in Triage service. Fair Labor Standards reputed company Status: Part Time Hours per week: 39 hours a month Scheduled Work Hours/Shift: minimum 39 hours a month, 5hr and 10hr shifts Patient Population reputed company: Emergency Department, Virtual Provider in Triage Patient Population Age reputed company: Birth-Death Required Training  Required Minimum Training: Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program and currently licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physician Assistant or completion of an accredited reputed company Practitioner Program and currently licensed or eligible for licensure as an APRN as noted below. • Physician Assistant or • APRN • FNP (Family reputed company Practitioner): [birth to death] reputed company chronic disease state management, primary care across the reputed company, with reputed company Emergency Room reputed company Practitioner (ENP) Certification Required Minimum Experience: 3 years’ experience as APP in Emergency Medicine and experience in Telehealth. Degree of Supervision Advanced reputed company Registered reputed company or Physician Assistant will be assigned a Primary Supervising/Collaborating Physician employed by reputed company. They will report directly to the Division of EM Telehealth medical directors. Required Licensure, Certifications, Registrations • reputed company certifications must be reputed company and complete prior to start date: • Basic Life Support (BLS) • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required for adult inpatient positions • DHEC and DEA Job Duties  Provides reputed company care to patients through the following activities: • reputed company assess reputed company ED lobby patients • Takes a concise history and physical examination • Assigns the patients to an appropriate treatment location • Places initial custom-tailored diagnostic and therapeutic orders • Evaluates and treats on the reputed company of history, physical examination, radiological, laboratory, and other diagnostic test results pursuant to the reputed company agreement or scope of reputed company reputed company • Communicates with the ED care team to inform them of critical presentations, changes in condition, or reputed company diagnostic testing • Initiates referrals to other health care providers, and/or consults with the attending physician or the collaborating physician • Documents and bills for reputed company care provided • Enhances the patient experience.
