Your primary goal will be to sell coaching programs to clients, working closely with our highly skilled client success team to achieve exceptional results. **Key Responsibilities:** * Start new conversations with clients on social media platforms (2 hours/day) * Follow up with existing leads and clients (2 hours/day) * Grow your social media presence and engage with clients organically (2 hours/day) * Reply to active leads and close sales (1.5 hours/day) * Manage and communicate with your team daily (30 minutes/day) **Requirements:** * Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English * A stable income in USD * A fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone * Stable internet connection * Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends) * Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil **Preferred Qualifications:** * Proven experience in sales/customer service roles (at least 4 months) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * High interest and commitment to learning, making money, and working with trial and error * Willingness to be challenged daily and take on new opportunities **Career Growth Opportunities** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our team members and providing opportunities for growth and development.
