As a key member of our revenue cycle management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, answering their calls regarding EOBs and research balances, managing patient refunds, and processing patient payments. **Schedule and Location** This is a remote position, with a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule (no weekends).
