This is a U.S.-based remote position. San Francisco Bay Area employees are highly encouraged to come into the office one day a week.
Reporting to the VP, People, the Manager, People & Talent Operations will be a pivotal leader responsible for scaling our talent acquisition strategy and managing critical People Programs across AllTrails. This role requires a blend of hands-on execution, strategic thinking and process optimization, ensuring a world-class employee and candidate experience.
