About the Role: Wholesale Account Manager
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wholesale Account Manager to join our sales team, focusing on managing and optimizing existing wholesale accounts, building strong relationships, and enhancing order processes. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing wholesale accounts through regular, proactive contact via phone, email, and video conferencing.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, ensuring optimal stocking and reordering processes to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, including product range expansion and promotional activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Represent Fahlo at trade shows, in-person store visits, and other industry events, fostering strong client relationships and seeking new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to communicate client feedback and market trends, contributing to product development and marketing strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities, utilizing CRM software to track progress and identify growth opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to Fahlo's overall growth and success.
Qualifications and Skills:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of sales or account management experience, preferably in a wholesale or B2B environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client accounts effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships remotely.
- Willingness to travel for trade shows, client meetings, and other sales activities.
- Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach and a commitment to achieving sales goals.
