About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Women's Online Fitness Coach to join our team of elite coaches. As a coach, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of our clients, providing them with the tools, guidance, and support they need to achieve their fitness and wellness goals. Key Responsibilities

• Taking on and coaching clients, providing personalized guidance and support to help them achieve their fitness and wellness goals
• Leveraging your expertise in accordance with our company's procedures and strategies to coach a variety of members to their next level fitness physique
• Assisting members with fitness and nutrition for a fit lifestyle, including manipulating calories and macros to decrease body fat and build muscle
• Inspiring and motivating our members to stay committed to their health and self-improvement journey, with a focus on maintaining a 90% retention rate
• Collaborating with our team to develop and enhance coaching programs and resources, including strength training and hypertrophy programs for beginners to advanced clients
• Fostering a supportive and empowering community for our members, helping them build confidence and resilience
• Conducting weekly check-ins with members, including checking metrics, assessing body changes, and adjusting programs as necessary
• Being coachable, flexible, and adaptable to new strategies and critiques, with a willingness to learn and grow with our company

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of fitness and nutrition or related fields
• Knowledgeable in manipulating calories and macros to decrease body fat and build muscle, with the ability to coach macros and create macro-based sample meal plans
• Basic understanding or willingness to learn concepts of reverse dieting, carb cycling, and holistic hormone-based nutrition for women
• Understanding of strength training and how to write hypertrophy programs for beginners to advanced clients
• Passion for helping women regain their self-confidence and worth to improve their overall well-being
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confront members when they fail to comply
• Ability to work independently, with a reliable Wi-Fi or hotspot connection, and a smartphone, desktop/laptop
• Must be a team player, with a willingness to attend weekly coaches' meetings via Zoom

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with women over 40, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with this demographic
• Knowledge of holistic hormone-based nutrition and its application in fitness coaching
• Experience with strength training and hypertrophy programs, with a focus on progressive overload and periodization
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate clients to achieve their goals
• Experience working in a remote or online coaching environment, with a strong understanding of virtual communication and community-building

As you grow your roster and achieve success, you will have the opportunity to earn up to $5000 per month, with bonus opportunities and commission pay.
