Nurse Practitioner Job Description About Voxy Men’s Health We are a startup telemedicine men’s health clinic specializing in TRT, and we’re in the early stages of building our practice. Since neither of the founders are NPs or licensed physicians, we’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join us and help onboard our initial patients. At this stage, we may not yet have a consistent 10 hours of work per week available. However, to provide stability, we are offering a guaranteed base salary of $2,500 per month for up to 40 hours of availability. This amount will be paid regardless of whether all those hours are utilized. Our goal is to bring on a reliable and trustworthy NP who can support us during these foundational months and grow with us as we expand. The Role We’re hiring a part-time NP licensed in Arizona. This is a fully remote W-2 position with flexible scheduling. • Compensation: $2,500/month base salary • Hours: 10 on-call hours/week (flexible scheduling) • Contract: 3 month initial term • Employment Type: W-2 • Location: Remote, must reside in AZ and hold a valid NP license + DEA registration tied to a physical AZ address What You’ll Do • Provide virtual consultations and manage patients seeking TRT • Diagnose, prescribe, and monitor treatment plans • Maintain accurate clinical documentation • Ensure compliance with Arizona telehealth laws and HIPAA standards What We’re Looking For • Active Arizona NP license + DEA (physical AZ address required) • Telemedicine experience strongly preferred • Strong communication and decision-making skills Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $2,500.00 per month Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
