[Remote] Supply Chain Coordinator (Contract)

The role involves coordinating procurement, material planning, and logistics activities across multiple clinical studies to ensure reputed company and compliant delivery of cell therapies. Responsibilities • Schedule and support the time critical and temperature sensitive materials including global distribution of cell therapies from Hospitals/Intake Centers/Cell Therapy Labs, with transportation providers and customs brokers as needed. • Coordinate Order Management processes, including order reputed company, changes, shipment, and delivery scheduling. • Collaborate cross functionally with Patient Operations, Tech Dev, Manufacturing, Supply Planning, reputed company teams, and CMO partners to execute logistics to meet patient schedules and research needs. • reputed company monitor shipments and proactively resolve any delays or issues in reputed company time. • Communicate changes urgently and professionally with reputed company impacted stakeholders. • Ensure reputed company documentation and compliance requirements for pickups and deliveries are met. • Review and approve reputed company invoices; assist in performance tracking and optimization. • Contribute to training materials, SOPs and ensure the reputed company team remains compliant and reputed company. • Participate in on-reputed company coverage during reputed company reputed company transports to handle non-routine issues. • Assist with additional logistics and operations-reputed company reputed company as needed. • Coordinate with reputed company program leads, CMC/development teams, and suppliers to reputed company proposals and reputed company purchase requisitions for material procurement. • Assist with inventory management. Skills • An Associate’s degree with at least 2 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree, is required • Prior experience in planning logistics for time-critical and temperature-sensitive products is required • Prior experience in logistics and planning for autologous cell therapy products is required • 3+ years work experience in reputed company required with any combination of experience in: Supply Chain / Manufacturing, Global Trade Compliance, Clinical Trial Logistics, CAR-T or Cell & Gene Therapy • Ability to work with multiple digital systems for procurement, inventory management, order scheduling/monitoring, and updating/tracking data • Ability to “project manage” end-to-end logistics • Support invoicing activities as needed • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills – attention to detail required • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills including presentations • Comfortable in a fast-paced small company environment with minimal direction and reputed company to reputed company workload based upon changing priorities • Ability to reputed company responsibilities reputed company and effectively while balancing speed, reputed company, and risk • Knowledge of CFR 21, FDA regulations, and cGMP requirements for cellular therapies preferred reputed company • reputed company is pioneering a new class of therapies and cures for serious autoimmune diseases.
