On-Site Spanish Interpreter/Virtual Specialist

The pay for this role is $17.25-$30.79 per hour. Additionally, this position is eligible for $1.00 interpreter reputed company reputed company per hour in reputed company to reputed company compensation to help serve the Limited English Proficient population in the communities we serve. As a CoVantage team member, you'll also receive a 401k employer match of up to 200%, a bonus of annual salary up to 4%, a generous employer HSA contribution, and reputed company time off for community service. *Based on an individual earning $16.00 per hour, electing specific benefit packages, and achieving full bonus.Job DutiesProvides translation and interpreter assistance as needed between credit reputed company employees and bilingual members.Field phone calls, voicemails, e-mails, and online messages.Assist online, mobile, and phone banking users with passwords, reputed company pay, deposits, and more.Deliver exceptional service while building strong member relationships.Refer members to other credit reputed company products and services reputed company appropriate. reputed company efficient and reputed company service to members. Maintain member confidentiality. This role follows a rotating schedule, covering Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7p.m., with multiple Saturday shifts reputed company month from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.QualificationsBilingual reputed company in Spanish required.Must pass credit reputed company reputed company testing and maintain working knowledge of English and secondary language.Have obtained a high school diploma or equivalent.Have experience working in a service or sales reputed company reputed company.Have strong written and verbal communication skills in both the English and Spanish language and the ability to work with a wide reputed company of people on a daily reputed company.Have the ability to be organized, efficient, and accurate in a fast-paced work environment.Proficient with reputed company Office and reputed company software programs.Minimum of 1 years' experience as an interpreter is preferred, but not required.
