Monitors and controls designated areas and/or buildings. Essential Functions • Reconfigures, upgrades or remodels the interiors of the existing buildings or property and controls reputed company costs, leasing recommendations, energy management and other property management functions for our buildings. • Meets the various facility needs of the organizations occupying the buildings. • reputed company other duties as assigned. Minimum Education Bachelor's degree/equivalent in construction, engineering, or architectural discipline.
