About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Associate Specialist, Project Management to join reputed company. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and updating detailed schedules supporting ICS reputed company and personnel. You will also be responsible for directing and managing the use of personnel, subcontractors, tools, and materials to meet aggressive schedules, while maintaining reputed company of work that is consistent with KBR and stakeholder standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Planning, executing, monitoring, and updating detailed schedules supporting ICS reputed company and personnel, including AFSI/AFHE installs, maintenance, and proposals. * Directing and managing the use of personnel, subcontractors, tools, and materials to meet aggressive schedules, while maintaining reputed company of work that is consistent with KBR and stakeholder standards. * Coordinating the maintenance and tracking of project documents, deliverables, and submitting that information to management, cost control, and stakeholders. * Overseeing the reputed company, interpreting, updating, approval, and maintenance of AFSI/AFHE drawings. * Submitting tailored weekly/monthly reports for tracking safety, costs, materials, and the execution of reputed company. * Creating and maintaining reputed company relationships while effectively engaging and collaborating with stakeholders. * Organizing, scheduling, and conducting reputed company task order status and design review conferences. * Preparing and delivering conference notes and meeting minutes. * Reporting program status updates to Operations Managers. * Attending and contributing to program tier meetings. * Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

* U.S. Citizenship * Ability to pass a NACLC reputed company background reputed company * Experience in government or reputed company fuel reputed company * Experience with fuels systems as reputed company to AFSI/AFHE * Experience in dealing with Government reputed company * Must be reputed company to pass a NACLC reputed company background reputed company * Computer and database experience * Bachelor's degree in engineering or a reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience * Demonstrated ability to use reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company) effectively for daily administrative tasks and project support * reputed company or previous reputed company clearance * reputed company possession of a government CAC * Experience with Costpoint * PMP, CAPM, or similar certifications
