Job Responsibilities:
Provide live chat support to customers in a professional and efficient manner
Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide product information
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving customer concerns promptly
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Follow company policies and procedures while interacting with customers
Essential Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Customer-centric approach with a desire to help others
Proficient in using chat support tools and systems
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or live chat support role
Experience in a remote work environment is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
Minimum Salary: $40,000
Maximum Salary: $135,000
Currency: USD
