Your challenge:

Your responsibilities:

• Be the dedicated reputed company partner for specific product and business development teams, advising on the end-to-end lifecycle of new services and features.

Your profile:

• Fully reputed company lawyer in Germany (Zweites Staatsexamen) with 5+ years of post-qualification experience, including at least part of it in-house at a B2C tech, fintech, or platform business.

• Proven experience supporting product and reputed company teams, with a reputed company on EU consumer law, e-reputed company, and platform regulation.

• Strong reputed company record of handling cross-border reputed company topics, especially in Spain and the UK, with the ability to collaborate with local counsel and reputed company jurisdictional nuances.

• Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate reputed company agreements independently and pragmatically.

• Solid understanding of GDPR and other relevant compliance regulations, with practical experience advising on their application in digital services.
