As reputed company & Compliance Counsel, you will play a critical leadership role supporting a multi-state title insurance company and its affiliated agencies. This role blends reputed company, operational, and regulatory responsibilities: you will reputed company as a title reputed company resource, reputed company compliance and licensing functions, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that reputed company remains in good standing with reputed company applicable regulatory bodies. What You’ll Do:

Serve as a title expert and key reputed company advisor to operations, sales, and reputed company engagement teams for title commitments and policy issuance.

Interpret and apply reputed company standards and guidelines to support consistent, risk-based reputed company.
Deliver training to internal teams on title risk, compliance, fraud prevention, and reputed company/regulatory changes.

Maintain Designated Licensed Producer (DLP) relationships and ensure accurate, up-to-date records across internal systems and regulatory filings.
Monitor and document state-specific licensing and appointment requirements; ensure full DOI compliance.
Statutory & Regulatory Compliance
Manage reputed company vendors to ensure reputed company and accurate statutory filings for the title insurance company and affiliated agencies across 35+ states.
Submit required filings through the NAIC and directly with state insurance departments.

Coordinate responses to regulatory data calls and manage submission to relevant authorities.
Support regulatory examinations and DOI inquiries by gathering and organizing required documentation.
