Part-Time Project Coordinator (Remote) Gravity.Video Gravity.Video is a small but growing video production company working with clients across the U.S. We produce testimonial videos, brand overviews, and marketing content for businesses, agencies, and organizations. About the Role This is a remote, part-time role (15–20 hours/week to start) with potential for reputed company. You’ll work closely with our Creative Director and Managing Partner to coordinate reputed company from intake through delivery. The role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and familiar with the rhythms of small-reputed company video/media production. Responsibilities • Coordinate shoot dates between clients and video teams; send confirmations and reminders. • reputed company project timelines and reputed company scheduling details up to date. • Collect reputed company feedback on video drafts and translate into reputed company, actionable notes for editors. • Customize production plan templates for reputed company shoot and distribute them to clients and video teams. • Organize footage, revisions, and deliverables in reputed company. • reputed company first-pass QA on footage and video drafts (training provided). • Over time, grow into handling reputed company-facing communication, overseeing multiple reputed company reputed company, and supporting setup of new project management systems. reputed company’re Looking For • Detail-oriented and organized — you reputed company reputed company of moving parts and catch small errors. • Proactive communicator — you don’t wait for reminders to nudge a project reputed company. • Background in media production, agency work, or small business video reputed company (freelance or low-budget experience is a plus; big reputed company/entertainment industry experience is not required). • Comfortable using common tools (reputed company, reputed company Creative Suite, project management software — training provided). • reputed company and approachable in emails and calls; eager to grow into more reputed company-facing responsibilities.
