Account Executive, Surety - Montreal

<b>About the Role</b> <br><br>We are seeking a skilled and experienced Account Executive to lead our dynamic Surety team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.<br><br><b>Key Responsibilities Include</b> <br><br><ul><li>Serve as strategic point of contact for client; Conduct and coordinate client services.</li></ul><br><br><ul><li>Build and maintain effective and sustainable relationships with clients on an enterprise-wide basis; Work in the best interest of the client and the company to secure appropriate compensation for the company.</li></ul><br><br><ul><li>Review book of business production reports and account receivable (A/R) reports for accuracy upon receipt, delegate follow up accordingly</li></ul><br><br><ul><li>Cultivate local carrier relationships to support company visibility and credibility in the construction surety marketplace.</li></ul><br><br><ul><li>Maintain knowledge of carrier underwriting appetites and contacts and recommend appropriate markets for client programs</li></ul><br><br><ul><li>Analyze client risk profile and develop marketing strategy with the team and client</li></ul><br><br><ul><li>Compile and/or approve complete and accurate large project and program submissions and deliver to underwriters; Provide timely responses to underwriter submission inquiries</li></ul><br><br><ul><li>Supports team in response to requests for proposals (RFP)</li></ul><br><br><ul><li>Identify the surety needs of clients and prospects.
