About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Assistant to join our team of remote professionals. As an Executive Assistant at Boldly, you will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support to our clients, who are high-level executives and business owners. You will have the opportunity to choose the clients you support based on company and organizational values and your preferences, creating rewarding partnerships and gaining valuable experience in a variety of industries. This is a part-time position, with a minimum of 25 hours of work per week, and offers a flexible schedule within regular business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining appointment schedules and calendars for high-level executives
  • Planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
  • Maximizing the executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating phone calls on their behalf
  • Managing multiple email inboxes for executives and providing customer/supplier support
  • Managing expenses and providing financial support as needed
  • Other executive admin responsibilities as needed, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience serving in a senior administrative support position, providing support as an executive assistant in a fast-paced environment. You should be a team player with excellent communication skills, a positive outlook, and a passion for helping others succeed. You should be proactive, dynamic, flexible, tech-savvy, results-oriented, and a stickler for details. You should also be committed to delivering exceptional support and making a difference in the lives of others.

Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7 years of direct hands-on experience in an administrative support position such as an executive assistant, virtual assistant, or senior administrative assistant
  • Advanced knowledge of online software such as Google Workspace, Office 365, Zoom, and other popular productivity tools
  • Ability to multitask with ease and prioritize work as needed
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to learn new tools quickly
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and strong writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and under the pressure of deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with high-level executives and Fortune 500 companies
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools
  • Experience with project management and event planning
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
