Program Overview and Responsibilities

As a participant in our Finance Leadership Development Program, you'll complete two different 12-month job rotations in areas of finance like Controller, Investor Relations, Tax, Financial Analysis & Planning, Corporate Financial Planning, and Treasury. You'll also have the chance to take advantage of mentoring opportunities, roundtable discussions, leadership learning experiences, and contribute to our Innovation Pipeline.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating on complex financial issues and thriving in a leadership position
• Analyzing financial data and providing insights to inform business decisions
• Developing and implementing financial models and forecasts
• Presenting financial results and recommendations to senior leadership
• Building relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be considered for this program, you must have:

• Earned an MBA (finance, accounting, economics is a plus) by June 2025
• Three or more years of full-time work experience (preferred)

• Willingness to relocate to Dallas, TX
