We are seeking an experienced and talented Full Stack Graphic Designer – Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our visual communications team, you will be responsible for designing and developing visual content that communicates the brand's message and resonates with the target audience. You will work closely with various stakeholders across the organization to conceptualize, plan, and execute visual content that meets the brand's objectives and resonates with the target audience.Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Graphic Designer – Visual Communications Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:- Working together with various teams or clients to conceptualize, plan, and execute visual content that communicates the brand's message and resonates with the target audience.
- Translating key messaging into high-quality visual content within a defined brand personality.
- Fostering ideas manually or with software, and executing unique content by determining the optimal use of color, text, typography, imagery, and design.
- Reviewing existing processes, identifying flaws, and making recommendations that improve design capabilities or potentially corporate brand.
- Updating and maintaining internal knowledge bases for designs, photography, and video.
Capabilities
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following capabilities:- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
- At least three years of experience (academic and professional) with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills for complying with time constraints in a fast-paced environment.
- Desire to continue building range of skills with education and training.
- At least two years of experience with professional visual communication, ideally with an advertising or marketing agency.
- Four-year degree (or equivalent) in visual arts, art, marketing, or related discipline.
- Working knowledge of Action, CSS, HTML, digital asset management system, and content management systems.
