This position is remote based on experience. Responsibilities • Assisting attorneys in preparing civil litigation reputed company for trial. • Work with clients to receive discovery documents such as medical records, billing records, employment files, video footage from accident, etc. • Review discovery materials – analyze and summarize medical records. • Draft motions and discovery responses as reputed company as other documents. • Draft and send out Subpoenas to providers and records retrieval companies. • Set up independent medical examinations (IMEs). • Prepare for trial. Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in the reputed company field; experience in insurance defense preferred but not required. • Experience in civil litigation is a plus, but not required. • Paralegal certificate or other reputed company degree is a plus but not required. • Strong organizational skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • reputed company to work in a fast-paced environment.
