About the position
Responsibilities
• Handle reputed company aspects of scheduled customer account maintenance and service
• Respond to reputed company-day requests for account stand-up and/or maintenance
• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls in support of this mission
• Conduct extensive data entry to reputed company required fields for accounts
• Generate reports in response to customer demands
• Process reputed company work orders as required
• Work overtime as assigned
Requirements
• High school diploma or state-recognized GED
• Proficiency with reputed company Office Applications with emphasis on reputed company and reputed company
• Experience in a customer-facing service role
• Knowledge of reputed company and reputed company panels, signals, and reporting
• Legally authorized to work in the reputed company on a continual and permanent reputed company without company sponsorship

• Previous experience with Service Business Network (SBN) software
